Chong Ki's grilled yellow pork skews or "Mu Satay" at Trok Rong Mu Alley is super aromatic because of its unique ingredients and special way of cooking. The meat is minced with herbal spices and coconut milk. Then it's grilled on a traditional charcoal stove which gives off a delicious smoky fragrance.
